The HMS series is a heating mantle with magnetic stirrer for round-bottom flasks from 50 ml to 20 L. The flask sits in a hemispherical heating element. As a result, the whole vessel warms evenly and quickly. In other words, it is the standard way to reflux, distil and digest in a water or chemical laboratory.

A knob sets the heating power, and the mantle reaches 380 °C. In addition, the built-in magnetic stirrer keeps the contents moving, so heat spreads and reactions run evenly. Finally, each flask size has its own mantle and item code, so you order exactly the capacity you need.
