Overview

The NANO A 5L/5B is a compact dosing pump for 5 L/h at 5 bar. It is the entry to our solenoid range, and it weighs under 2 kg. You set the dose rate on the front-panel potentiometer. In addition, an electronically controlled electromagnet drives a PTFE diaphragm at up to 180 strokes a minute.

The zirconium ball valves keep maintenance to a minimum. Moreover, the PVDF-G head set resists corrosive chemicals. The pump mounts vertically at the tank or on the wall. As a result, this compact pump fits where a larger unit will not.

Can I control it externally? No. The NANO A is the analogue model, so you set the dose rate by hand on the potentiometer. For water-meter proportional dosing, 4–20 mA control or pH/ORP control, however, choose a digital model from the dosing range.

Which spare head set fits? Current NANO A pumps take the 40V grey head set. Previous-generation NANO pumps, however, take the 3V head set. Therefore check the label before you order.

What is included? The pump ships with its suction and injection sets and hose. Brackets and level switches are sold separately.
