Overview

The OPTIMA A 2.5L/15B V-PTFE is a PTFE dosing pump rated 2.5 L/h at 15 bar. It is the analogue OPTIMA A solenoid pump, but with PTFE seals throughout. In other words, the head set, the check valves and the suction and injection sets are all PTFE-sealed. Therefore it doses chemicals that attack Viton (FKM).

You set the dose rate on a front-panel potentiometer. In addition, an on/off button stops dosing without isolating the supply. An electronically controlled electromagnet drives a long-life PTFE diaphragm. As a result, there is no motor, gearbox or oil to maintain.

The pump mounts vertically at the tank or on the wall. Moreover, the IP65 body suits plant rooms, boiler houses and pool pump rooms. For chemicals that Viton tolerates, however, the standard OPTIMA A 2.5L/15B costs less.
