Overview
The sodium ion selective electrode 701 is a combined electrode. In other words, the glass bulbs sensing element and the reference half-cell share one Φ12 × 120 mm body. As a result, your meter needs only a single BNC(Q9) connector — no separate reference electrode and no second cable.
Specifically, it measures Na⁺ from 1 × 10⁻⁶ – 0.1 M (23 µg/L – 2.3 g/L). Moreover, it works from 20 – 40 °C. Filling solution: 1 M NH₄Cl. The junction is ceramic. However, H⁺, Li⁺, NH₄⁺, Ag⁺ interfere. Finally, it pairs with any ion meter, for example the M310F multi-parameter analyser, or with an automatic titrator.
