Overview

Dechlor tablets remove the chlorine residual from a sample before another test is run, so that an oxidising residual cannot bleach the colour or skew the result. They are a sample preparation aid rather than a measurement in themselves.

How should the tablets be stored?
Keep them sealed, cool and dry, and work through the oldest strip first. Once a strip is opened the tablets take up moisture, so use them promptly.
